Today, let’s focus on turning your ICP into a solid list of companies.
The most famous outbound agencies build their companies list following 3 use cases : Find similar companies (Lookalikes), Use Sales Navigator filters like a pro, Master ChatGPT.
Let's dive in!
If you have a customer like Ubisoft and want to target similar companies (e.g., in computer gaming):
Go to Pronto > Companies > Lookalike.
Instantly generate a list of 100 similar companies.
Import this list into Pronto.
Done! 🎯

Let’s say your target is outbound agencies in France (like Pronto’s targets 😉):
Go to Sales Navigator > Account filters.
Enter the name of a customer (e.g., Offbound) and copy its industry.
Add size and geography filters if needed.
Still not good enough?
Check Offbound’s LinkedIn company page > Extract keywords from the description.
Use a Boolean search like:
"agency OR agence" AND "marketing B2B OR outbound"
Import these companies into Pronto.

Let’s stick with outbound agencies for this example.
There’s always a directory for your ICP. For me, it’s **sortlist.com**:
Go to sortlist.com (e.g., this page).
Filter your ICP > Export names and domains with tools like Instant Data Scraper or Webscraper.
Import the list into Pronto.

Ask ChatGPT: "Give me a list of outbound agencies in France, using sources like Sortlist."
Request the data in CSV format.
Import into Pronto.
