"This export exceeds LinkedIn daily limitation. 24 hours extraction capacity reached"

Indeed, Pronto puts a daily limit to protect your LinkedIn account from getting restricted.

On Pronto the daily limit is set to **2500 per 24 hours per LinkedIn account.

Why Does That Limit Exist?

The daily limit imposed by Pronto is actually coming from LinkedIn themselves.

If you try to extract more than 2500 results per 24 hours on Pronto: you will put your LinkedIn account at risk.

2500 extracted results per 24 hours is the highest capacity available for enriched exports.

Enriched export = Full Lead data + Full Company data

Other tools may allow you to export more.

But, it will only extract the basic and sometimes wrong data displayed on your Sales Navigator search.

The basic data includes:

Name
Sales Navigator URL
Job position
Company name

With only basic data, you will not get:

LinkedIn URL
Company Website (this one is important to find the email of your leads)
Company LinkedIn URL
Company Location
Company Industry
Company Size
Exact number of employees in the company
Profile picture URL
Number of connection
Company Type
Company creation date
Company description
Company Specialties

Why "Enriched Exports" Are Way Better Than "Basic Exports"?

Why is my Export Size Different from Search Size?

It's pretty normal to not get the exact same amount initially requested.

That's usually due to two factors:

some profiles doesn't exist anymore
some networking errors with the LinkedIn servers prevented the export of the data
some profiles are duplicate

If there is a huge difference between the amount of result expected VS the amount of results received.

Then, it may signal a bug.

What are Qualified Leads?

Qualified leads are leads who have been double-checked by the Pronto filtering algorithm.

Every time you launch an export, Pronto checks if the leads ultimately matches the filters you used on your initial LinkedIn Sales Navigator search.

On the 1st column of the export file, Pronto tells you if the lead matches your search filter or not.

On the 2nd column of the export file, you get the reasons why Pronto marked the lead as NO MATCH*.

On average, 20% to 30% of the leads don't match the initial search filters.

For every export, you can choose to download all the leads or only the one Pronto marked as Qualified.

How To Increase Filtered Leads Rate ?

Most of the time, a poor filtered lead rate is not your fault. Sales Navigator has many flaws.
